I have been an Upper St. Clair resident for eighteen years.  As a mother of four, I understands the difficulty of feeding healthy meals to our families.  My children have registered complaints about leafy green foods and lack of Coke in the house.  But I am passionate about the role that food plays in our health and well being.  My business is called the “Wellness Roadtrip: A Healthy Adventure” because I believe health is a journey but we should have fun along the way.  I coach individuals and teach classes about wellness and the benefits of a whole food diet.
