The wind chill advisory is causing another two-hour delay for the Upper St. Clair School District on Wednesday, Jan. 23. The modified kindergarten schedule will be: Morning Session - 10:15 to 11:55 a.m. Afternoon Session - 1:05 to 2:45 p.m. Neighboring school districts, such as Peters and Chartiers Valley, are also under two-hour delays Wednesday.
