Stores will be swamped with returns after Christmas.
Christmas is over and traffic at the stores will die down, right? Wrong. Time for all of those unwanted holiday gifts to get returned. To make your life a little bit easier, here are the return policies for some of the area's largest retailers: Macy's Macy's items can be returned at any location. If you have a voucher, you can return items in original form at any time. If you don't have a proof of purchase, you can get store credit at the item's lowest selling price within the last 180 days. I was dossappointed when trying to return gifts at gifted. They did not want to exchange Vera Bradley items my daughter received from a secret Santa. We have had great service and personal attention (even free delivery) when purchasing Vera Bradley there though. I wish it would have been the same when returning too. more ›
