New Upper St. Clair Target Opens
Patch got a sneak peek of the store Tuesday, March 5.
Upper St. Clair and Bethel Park officials joined employees and VIGs (Very Important Guests) in celebrating the opening of the new South Hills Village Target Tuesday night. "The overall area is going to benefit from this," said Bob Orchowski, president of the Upper St. Clair Board of Commissioners. "I'm certain Target's going to be a great addition. Thank you and welcome." The Upper St. Clair Target is one step below a Super Target. It includes a Starbucks and a grocery area with fresh produce. The store is open to the public on March 6.
