Mt. Pleasant Man Charged With DUI in USC

A DUI case against a Mt. Pleasant man was continued in district Judge Robert Wyda's courtroom Monday. Upper St. Clair police arrested Kevin L. Bell, 27, at 2 a.m. on Nov. 15 on Thorntree Drive and Boyce Road. According to a criminal complaint filed by the police, the arresting officer observed Bell's car swerving on Route 19. Bell's blood alcohol level was measured at .194 percent, according to the complaint. The legal level of alcohol in Pennsylvania is .08 percent. Charges Reduced Charges against John Anthony McGarity, 27, of Bethel Park, were reduced to a summary disorderly conduct. Continued Charges against Janet Pyszka will be dismissed in two weeks after she pays $11,200 in restitution to the alleged victim. Time Served William …
