It's well known that New Year's resolutions fizz out as fast as your glass of champagne on New Year's Eve. While many people choose to ditch the annual goal-setting event, about 50 percent of local residents set at least one resolution for 2011, according to Upper St. Clair Patch's unscientific survey.
