Easter is this Sunday, which means the Lenten season is almost over. That also means Friday is the last fish fry of the year! Here's a list of some local options for you and your family. Ash Wednesday commences the Lenten season, which also means it's time for the return of fish frys in the South Hills area! We've compiled a list of churches, volunteer fire departments and other organizations. Remember: It's never too late to submit your group's fish fry information. Feel free to do so in the comments. The 2012 Lenten Fridays are Feb. 24, March 2, March 9, March 16, March 23 and March 30, and Good Friday on April 6. Upper St. Clair and Bethel Park St. Louise De Marillac Church on McMurray Road will begin its annual fish fry this Friday and will continue every Friday except Good Friday—April 6.
