An Upper St. Clair 7 year old recovering from a broken arm has become a YouTube sensation. As Matt Russell's anesthesia was wearing off after doctors reset his bones and applied a full-arm cast in the Children's Hospital emergency room, he was making his parents and grandmother "laugh so hard." "He just started talking really funny and really loud and we pulled out our phones," said Jennifer Russell, Matthew's mother. "We were laughing so hard. We were like, 'We just have to get this on tape.'" Matt kept telling them that he was "dizzay" and asked his grandmother, "Why is there two of you?"
