Police and federal agents on Tuesday afternoon raided a Bridgeville spa accused of being at the center of a prostitution and human trafficking ring. Three women were arrested and $2,733 in cash was seized from the 88 Spa on Route 50, Bridgeville police Chief Chad King said. Police officers from Bridgeville, Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, and federal agents from the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided the business shortly after noon Tuesday. The spa located at the center of the borough’s business district across from the main parking lot was suspected almost immediately of being involved in prostitution when it opened in October 2011, King said. “Pretty much right away we heard something was going on,” King said. …
