Bonefish Grill's Official Opening Date is Set

The public is invited to preview the restaurant and its menu.

Bonefish Grill will officially open in Upper St. Clair on Monday, Jan. 14. However, the public is invited to a grand opening Charity Night from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12. A $35 donation provides two drinks and a full tasting of the menu. All of the proceeds will benefit United Way of Allegheny County. RSVP is required as only limited amount of seats are available. Trader Joe's Grand Opening Packed With 'Fans'

Early morning shoppers said they've been waiting for a Trader Joe's store to open in the South Hills for a long time.

A line of anxious customers were there as Trader Joe's South Hills opened its doors for the very first time Friday morning, Nov. 4. Inside, each aisle was packed with people. One group of ladies even took pictures with each other holding up products. Many customers called themselves Trader Joe's "fans." "We've been driving all the way to East Liberty once a month. We fill up two carts—one with cold food and one with hot. Now it's less than five minutes away. Now I can buy a little bit at a time," said Lynn Duda of Bethel Park. She was the first customer to step foot into the store. "I have been pushing for this store to come to the South Hills for so long, I never thought it would happen." I'm beyond thrilled about Trader Joes in the South Hills. I was one of the lady taking pics with my friend. I used to drive to Cleveland to stock up, and then East End of Pittsburgh opened a store ...now it's here ...waited alll my life for this ;-)   more ›
