The National Weather Service in Moon is reporting good news for this weekend’s backyard barbecues. “We’ll have above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation,” said meteorologist Bob Davis. Despite Friday’s showers, the forecast for the rest of the holiday weekend is full of sun. Saturday will be in the high 80s with evening temperatures in the low 60s; Sunday will be in the high 80s with evening temperatures in the mid 60s; and Memorial Day will boast temperatures in the low 90s with evening temperatures in the mid 60s.
