Jordan Clemons was held on homicide and other charges related to the death of Karissa Kunco.
Family and friends of Karissa Kunco—clad in T-shirts bearing her name and the phrase 'Forever Young, Young Forever'—burst into applause Wednesday afternoon when a judge declared that her ex-boyfriend, Jordan Clemons, would stand trial for her homicide and related charges. Kunco's father called Clemons, 22, of Canonsburg, “scum” after the hearing—and called the preliminary hearing a first step to justice. During the more than two-hour hearing before Judge Joshua Kanalis, one of Clemons’ friends, Randy Taylor, said that the defendant had been staying with him and his girlfriend in Carrick on Jan. 11, when he took off with the man’s cell phone. It was early the next day when Taylor testified that he was able to get in contact with Clemons, …

Jordan Clemons was charged with that and other offenses on Monday.
State police in Washington, PA, charged a Canonsburg Borough man with homicide on Monday, online court records show. Jordan Clemons, 22, was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, access device fraud and other offenses. Clemons' attorney, Peter Marcoline III, confirmed to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that the charges stem from the death of Karissa Kunco—a Baldwin Borough woman who was reported missing on Jan. 11. Kunco was found stabbed to death in a wooded area in Mt. Pleasant Township on Jan. 12. Her death was ruled a homicide, and Clemons was sought as a person of interest in the case. Clemons turned himself into police on Jan. 13 and was jailed on robbery and burglary charges …

Upper St. Clair dominates in all facets.
FULL stats, including play-by-play, available toward the right side of this page (below photo gallery). Sometimes, the numbers lie. On Friday night at Upper St. Clair High School, they didn’t. Upper St. Clair High dominated visiting Baldwin High School in every facet on Friday night during a WPIAL AAAA Great Southern Conference football game and came away with a convincing 42-0 win to show for it. The Panthers (4-1, 1-0 Great Southern) could do no wrong on their way to a 35-0 halftime lead, and only a running clock brought on by a mercy rule prevented things from getting worse for Baldwin (3-2, 0-1) in the second half. Upper St. Clair finished the game with a 14-4 edge in first downs and a 383-114 advantage in total yards. “They had our …
The Panthers may face their toughest conference foe right off the bat against the Highlanders Friday night.
Immediately following a dramatic, 41-27 comeback victory against West Allegheny High School, Upper St. Clair High School's varsity football team turned its attention to Baldwin High School, which visits Upper St. Clair on Friday night for a 7:30 p.m. conference tilt. "Ready for some long hours of film study?" USC's assistant coaches asked each other outside of their locker room following the win over West Allegheny. WPIAL AAAA Great Southern Conference play begins Friday night, and Upper St. Clair (3-1) is taking the game very seriously. At first glance, Baldwin's Highlanders (also 3-1) appear to be a perfect team for the Panthers to face. USC has had its most trouble defending the pass, and Baldwin is a run-heavy team. But the …
