USC Boys Soccer Headed to State Championship (Again)

A fan bus will be available for students who wish to travel to the game in Hershey on Saturday at no cost.

The Upper St. Clair High School boys soccer team is headed to the PIAA championship game again this year.

The Panthers defeated Delaware Valley High School in the semifinals Tuesday night.

USC will take on Wilson High School in the finals at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at Hersheypark Stadium.

This year there will be a fan bus available for students interested in cheering on the team in Hershey. The bus will leave Upper St. Clair High School at 12:30 p.m. from the theater entrance on Saturday and will return after the conclusion of the game—arriving in Upper St. Clair at approximately midnight.

Students must sign up in the Activities Office and receive a permission slip. There is no cost to students for the bus, but they must have a parent-signed permission slip to board the bus. For questions, call the Activities Office at 412-833-1600, ext. 2264.

Those going to the game will have to pay for a ticket. Tickets will be on sale at the gate in Hershey or can be purchased online. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for students.

The boys soccer team suffered a close loss in the championship game last year.
