Yoga for Swim Conditioning

This dry land conditioning is designed for swimmers age 6 to 17 that are on a summer or recreational swim team. This 1-hour class will focus on poses( asanas) that target anatomical areas utilized in competitive strokes, start dives, and turns. Hand outs for parents and participants will be provided. For more information, see www.atomyogapittsburgh.com. Classes will be on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Dormont Borough Recreation Center. Participants will need to bring a Yoga mat, blanket, and a bottle of water. All checks need to be made payable to Anne Chaikowsky, the instructor. Session Dates: May 30, June 6, 13, 27, July 11, 18, 25

COST: $75 This is a flat rate and will not include an individual program membership or entitle you to the benefits of a program member.
