Speed, Agility & Quickness Class

The Speed, Agility & Quickness class is for ages 10-15. Participants will increase their speed and agility and gain the knowledge of preventative maintenance. The program is set in modules that each participant will progress through as they increase in flexibility, body awareness and the expression of elastic potential. The class is split into two sessions: 

  • Jan. 10 to Feb. 16 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Feb. 21 to March 29 on Tuesdays and Thurdays
