In the same way that it is pleasant to sit in the presence of a master performer or thinker, it is rewarding to sit in the presence of one’s inner self. Meditation is an opportunity to know the peaceful self within us.
We often run out of time for pranayama and a longer meditation in our asana class. Come join us and enjoy the benefits of breath work and meditation. This class will include gentle stretching, pranayama and a 20 minute meditation.
