Upper St. Clair School District to Spend Nearly $1 Million on Capital Projects

Proceeds from the Upper St. Clair Gala will be used to replace the Panther Stadium's PA system and 100 iPads for the middle schools.

The Upper St. Clair School District Board will likely spend $940,000 on capital projects.

The amount was included in the proposed final budget adopted on Monday.
