Upper St. Clair School District Receives Two Public Relations Awards

The district received special recognition for its electronic newsletter and website.

The Upper St. Clair School District has just received two awards from the Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association.

The district's electronic newsletter, eBLAST, is one of three publications in the state to receive an Award of Excellence in the electronic newsletter category of the 2012 PenSPRA “Excellence in Education Communication” contest.

In addition, the district's website, along with eight other school districts' websites, received an Award of Honor in the website category.

An Award of Excellence is given to the top entries in each of the categories. Awards of Honor are given to those entries that deserve recognition but receive a score that was not high enough for an Award of Excellence.
