Upper St. Clair School Board Discusses High School Track Replacement

Administrators laid out an approximate timetable.

The Upper St. Clair School District hopes to replace the high school track in the summer of 2014.

There was hope to possibly get a new track this summer, but the district ran out of time to get the project started, according to Superintendent Patrick O'Toole.

Business Director Frosina Cordisco said bids will begin this year. O'Toole said the best prices may come in the winter.

The iPads and part of the funding for the new PA system are coming from the fall Gala's proceeds.
