A two-hour delay is in effect for the Upper St. Clair School District on Monday, Jan. 28.
The modified kindergarten schedule will be:
Morning Session - 10:15 to 11:55 a.m.
Afternoon Session - 1:05 to 2:45 p.m.
Upper St. Clair is under a winter weather advisory until 1 p.m. Freezing rain is expected.
