Carlow University's Pre Law and Order: The Summer Advocates Academy

Pittsburgh's only four day pre-professional workshop for junior and senior HS girls, and women in their first 3 years of college who are interested in pursuing legal careers.

Pre-college track for high school students:

  • Draw your map to college.
  • Prep for the SAT.
  • Write your college application essays.
  • Strengthen critical reading, analytical, speaking and writing skills through a focus on law.

Pre-professional track for college students:

  • Chart your path to law school or a career in law.
  • Write a resume and personal statement.
  • Prepare and test for the LSAT.

All students will learn how to think and speak like a lawyer and and brief cases.  They will receive instruction by Carlow faculty, lawyers and legal professionals.  Mentoring from community leaders in fields of government, law, policy and politics.

Tuition is $250.00 and includes continental breakfasts and lunches; transportation to off-campus sites, and professional supplies.
