Wine & Spirits: Closed at 6 p.m. Monday and closed Tuesday
Post Office: Closes at noon on Monday and closed on Tuesday
Upper St. Clair Library: Closed Monday and Tuesday
Upper St. Clair Community and Recreation Center: Open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday and closed Tuesday
Giant Eagle Market District: Closes at 5 p.m. Monday and closed Tuesday
South Hills Village: Closes at 5 p.m. Monday and closed Tuesday
