Municipalities are required to examine each ward following the census to make sure they are equally represented.

Upper St. Clair commissioners were going to vote on a plan earlier this month, but voted to delay the vote to discuss concerns with the Republican Committee. 

Minor changes in the area near Harrogate Road and Trotwood Ridge Road were made to the final redistricting plan.
