Congratulations to ALL the hardworking staff at the CRC. We in Upper St Clair are truly blessed to have such dedicated professionals enhancing the quality of life of our residents, from toddlers to seniors, every single day. Thanks especially to Paul Besterman, who has done an exceptional job in all phases of the planning of the facility, overseeing the hiring of talented and personable staff, and making the facility a financial success years ahead of initial projections. A heartfelt 'thank you' for all you and your amazing staff do.
