USC Commissioners to Consider New Residential Development

A public hearing for Willowbrook Estates is scheduled for Monday, May 7.

Upper St. Clair commissioners will hold a public hearing Monday, May 7, for a planned residential development containing 15 new lots on Willowbrook Road.

Allen Sherwood, who filed the application, is seeking approval to build the new lots on property located at 2534, 3550, 2554 and 2560 Willowbrook Road owned by the estate of Stephen P. and Mae G. Curtis.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Monday's hearing will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the board of commissioners' meeting room. All persons wishing to be heard should appear at the above place at the time specified.
