Upper St. Clair Approves Construction of New Home Next to Athletic Fields

The township sold the land to the Peters Township man last year.

Upper St. Clair commissioners unanimously approved an application for the construction of a single family home located at 2242 Morrow Rd.

The township sold the land next to the Marmion Fields to Gabriel Hudock, of Peters Township, in October.

Hudock placed the lone bid on the property, which was $56,100 per acre for a total of $259,014. His land measures 4.61 acres.
