Site of Proposed Whole Foods in Upper St. Clair On Monday's Agenda
Also on the agenda, future plans for a new police department building and pool expansion at the Community and Recreation Center.
A public hearing is scheduled for Siena at St. Clair, the site of the proposed Whole Foods, at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, at the Upper St. Clair municipal building.
A conditional use application has been filed by the developers to allow for mixed use development at the corner of Fort Couch Road and Route 19, the site of the former CONSOL Energy headquarters.
Along with a Whole Foods, developers Gerard Cipriani, of Upper St. Clair, and Hal Kistler, of Mt. Lebanon, are proposing a mix of retail, restaurants, office space, patio homes and a row of townhouses on the property.
The planning commission voted in favor of the application.
