Proposed Development Would Connect Oaklawn Drive

If approved, 15 new homes would be built along Oaklawn Drive and Willowbrook Road.

A developer submitted a pre-application to build 15 new lots in Upper St. Clair.

The development would extend Willowbrook Road and connect Oaklawn Drive. Houses with up to 3,000 square feet are being planned. Each would cost around $500,000.

Some Oaklawn Drive residents attended the November planning commission meeting and voiced their concerns about the additional traffic the development could cause.
