One Newcomer, Two Incumbents, Running for Upper St. Clair Commissioner

The Pennsylvania primary is May 21.

One newcomer and two imcumbents have filed to run for the Upper St. Clair Board of Commissioners.

Newcomer Republican Rex Waller is the only candidate filed to run for the open Ward 2 seat currently held by Donald Rectenwald.

Commissioner of Ward 4 Mark D. Christie, a Republican, and Commissioner at Large Daniel R. Paoly, a Republican, are the only candidates who filed for their respective seats.
