Commissioners to Consider Approval for Upper St. Clair Apartments

The plan for the 220-unit development will be presented on Monday.

Upper St. Clair commissioners will consider tentative approval Monday for a new apartment complex off of Boyce Road.

John Deklewa is proposing to build a 220-unit apartment complex at 2500 Boyce Plaza Road called Torrente at Upper St. Clair.

Two other multi-family developments have gone before the board for consideration in the past, but the land proved to be too difficult to develop, according to Bob Orchowski, president of the board of commissioners.
