Boyce Plaza Apartments Given Final Approval

Developers have promised $400,000 to put toward road improvements along Boyce and Boyce Plaza roads.

The apartments complex off of Boyce Road in Upper St. Clair Township received final approval on Monday night after a promise of $400,000 from the project's developer to put toward road improvements along Boyce and Boyce Plaza roads.

The Upper St. Clair Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to accept the final phase of the project's application process.

The development was granted tentative approval in July by the commissioners.

The apartments, developed by Torrente at Upper St. Clair PRD, will include nine three-story buildings, and 220 one- and two-bedroom rental units are already in the works after receiving approval in July.

No significant changes have been made to the projects' plans since their tentative approval last month.
