Board OKs New Ardolino's Pizza Restaurant
The new restaurant will be constructed behind the existing building.
commissioners unanimously approved the construction of a new restaurant behind the existing building.
The restaurant will sit along Maple Lane, off of Boyce Road, which is currently a private, gravel road. The Ardolinos will pay to have the road paved and upgraded.
The new restaurant will have an outdoor dining patio that will seat about 30 people. Commissioners gave approval for service on the patio until 11 p.m. They allow for to do the same on its outdoor dining patio.

The current Ardolino's Pizza restaurant will remain open until construction is fully complete.
The Ardolinos will then lease or sell the building to a complimentary business, perhaps a coffee or ice cream shop.
