Poll: Bedner's Farm Development Plan

Do you think the Upper St. Clair commissioners should have approved the Bedner's Farm development plan?

The commissioners voted 5-1 to one week ago.

Heartland Homes and J.T. Thomas Homes will soon begin building the Bedner Estates neighborhood consisting of 136 houses in the $350,000 to $1.5 million price range, with entrances from Cook School Road, Scarlett Drive and Main Street.

The neighborhood will be developed in three phases and will take an estimated eight years to complete. The Main Street entrance is expected to be constructed during the second phase.
