$1.2 Million Budgeted for Upper St. Clair Road Paving This Year

Upper St. Clair Township officials plan to spend about $1.2 million on road paving in 2013.

A list of targeted roads has been developed based on a rating system that looks at road usage, the last year it was paved, the condition, the public input and other similar factors. The list could be changed, especially after the freeze-thaw cycle in the spring.
