Woman Pleads Guilty to Some Hit-and-Run Charges in Upper St. Clair

Other charges are withdrawn.

Jennifer Lynne Santiago pleaded guilty on Monday at the Upper St. Clair Township-Bethel Park magistrate's office to two motor vehicle violations stemming from an incident in the Trader Joe's parking lot along Washington Road in early April, according to court documents.

Upper St. Clair police charged Santiago, 41, of Bower Hill Road in Mt. Lebanon, with hitting two vehicles in the parking lot and leaving the scene, but on Monday, charges of careless driving and being in an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle or property were withdrawn. The guilty charges were meeting a vehicle proceeding in the opposite direction and being in an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property.

According to court documents, Santiago paid restitution to victims of the incident.
