Upper St. Clair Man Charged with Stealing Electronics (Twice) at Target

The incidents occurred in mid-June.

A loss prevention officer at the South Hills Village Target took an Upper St. Clair Township man into custody after he allegedly stole more than $600 worth of DVDs and video games from the store on June 12.

Kevin Michael Underwood, 21, of Fox Run Circle, is charged with retail theft for that incident. Underwood is also charged with another count of retail theft after the loss prevention officer reported that Underwood was caught on video stealing more than $300 worth of electronic storage devices from the same Target the day before, according to court documents.

An Upper St. Clair police officer took over custody of Underwood on June 12 and reported finding approximately a dozen empty pink bags of suspected heroin in his wallet. Underwood is also being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
