Upper St. Clair Man Charged in Child Porn Case
State police arrested an Upper St. Clair man on Friday at his home on Old Washington Road.
State police arrested an Upper St. Clair man Friday on charges he possessed and distributed child pornography.
Scott Michael Freker, 39, was arrested at his home at 2595 Old Washington Rd. Investigators confiscated his computer and electronic equipment.
The Computer Crime Task Force investigators said they identified a computer was sharing and disseminating child porn on Sept. 25.

Freker is charged with 69 counts of child pornography possession; five counts of distribution of child pornography and of obscene and other sexual materials and performances; single counts each of criminal use of a communications facility and possessing instruments of crime; and five counts of invasion of privacy.
State police took Freker to the Allegheny County Jail on Friday.
