Man Arrested on the T Agrees to Plea Deal

The latest from the office of Magisterial District Judge Robert Wyda.

A man Port Authority police say refused to exit the T in March agreed to a plea deal Monday in district Judge Robert Wyda's courtroom.

Three charges against Pedro Reyes-Osorio, of Bethel Park, were reduced to one count of summary disorderly conduct.

Police stated in a criminal complaint that because Reyes-Osorio refused to exit the T at the South Hills Village station on March 24, it delayed service for 20 minutes.
