District Court: Case Against USC Man Dismissed

Also, a woman facing charges is to complete a retail theft program.

Charges against an Upper St. Clair man were withdrawn, and his case was dismissed Monday by District Justice Robert Wyda.

Scott Drudy had been charged with two counts of simple assault following an April 14 incident. On May 7, his preliminary hearing was continued for 90 days, and he since has complied with court stipulations.

Also on Monday, a hearing was rescheduled for a Pittsburgh woman accused of stealing $364.50 worth of merchandise from Sears at South Hills Village on May 11.
