Charges Reduced in Suspected Drug Case

Charges against a Scott Township man were reduced to a summary disorderly conduct.
Adam Cornelius Higgs, 21, agreed to plead guilty to the charge Monday in district Judge Robert Wyda's courtroom.
Upper St. Clair police filed charges against Higgs after finding 17 grams of suspected marijuana in individually wrapped bags after Higgs crashed his vehicle on Bower Hill Road on Jan. 15, according to a criminal complaint.
