A Bethel Park man is going to trial on charges that he stole more that $70,000 in funds from a company that manages several gas stations in the area.

David M. Ohler waived to court two theft charges after Upper St. Clair police arrested him on March 22.

Investigators said Ohler, 36, was a manager for Ivan LLC on Boyce Road and was engaged in a long-term scheme to “skim off” profits from the top. Police said he stole $70,459 from the company while floating money between the gas stations.
