Canonsburg General Hospital - A Health Care Facility that Delivers!

As one who has visited health care facilities within the region for a variety of reasons over the decades, my experience today at Canonsburg General Hospital causes me to provide it my stamp of approval and to highly recommend it to others.

I required blood work and two routine outpatient procedures which, of course, I wished to coordinate. I made calls to schedule the procedures on June 6. I could not find an area Outpatient Center that could conveniently schedule the two and even Saint Clair Hospital could not manage it until June 18.  Canonsburg General Hospital was able to set up appointments for the day after I called.

The first benefit one notices is the ease of plenty of complimentary parking just yards from the entrance: no parking garage, no parking ticket, no valet, no traveling from floor to floor to find a space, no validation to handle.

Every staff member I came into contact with was courteous, professional, and efficient. At no point within this visit did I have a lengthy wait.

Unlike at Quest Diagnostics' overcrowded Bethel Park facility, I ws not in a room full of people while waiting for blood to be drawn.  I was the only patient in the laboratory area and was made to feel like I was the only patient everywhere within the hospital.

Seeking health care testing is not something anyone would regard as enjoyable, but Canonsburg General Hospital makes the experience as brief and painless as possible.  Bravo!  I shall return if and when the need arises!
