A New Shoe Line for the Coarse and Crude

When I opened my Patch page this morning, an advertisement appeared for the new Converse Wiz Khalifa shoe line, which is carried by Foot Locker.

This is just what impressionable children need: another product which is promoted by an "artist" that is unable to express himself without the use of profanity (his media quote about the new shoe could not be printed in a family newspaper), and who promotes and revels in smoking marijuana, which remains illegal.

When impressionable young people have individuals like Wiz Khalifa to look up to, it is no wonder that society is in a rapid state of decline.  Converse and Foot Locker should be ashamed.  They are not family-friendly enterprises.
