Walmart in Moon????????

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE WALMART STORE IN MOON TWP? Have not heard anything about it for a year!?   I know they finally were voted to build, but have not heard if the State & WALMART settled the sidewalk and traffic lights issue.   It is a shame if Moon does not get the store because the empty lot does not bring any tax relief and Walmart could contribute a lot of school and other taxes.
