Our paradigm determines what we are able to see, how we think and what we do. Part personal experience, part cultural phenomenon, paradigms are a phenomenon in which we all take part. Where do paradigms come from and how do they happen? Where is the paradigm and where are we when it changes? What is "The Shift"?
