Fish Market Cookbook Tasting & Signing

Fish Market author and New Castle native Kathy Hunt to hold a
seafood talk, tasting and signing at the Pittsburgh Public Market on Saturday
October 26th at 11 AM

New York, NY (October 14, 2013)— Fish Market (Running Press, 2013) cookbook author, food writer and
New Castle native Kathy Hunt will hold a seafood talk, tasting and cookbook
signing at the Pittsburgh Public Market on Saturday October 26 at 11 AM. Dubbed
by Publisher’s Weekly “a fine guidebook for learning to deal with a cornucopia
of seafood,” Fish Market serves up
everything that readers need to know about selecting, storing, preparing and
pairing healthful fish and shellfish.

Hunt’s cookbook features
over 130 creative but approachable recipes and over 75 detailed illustrations.
Sharing flavor affinities, food pairings, eco-ratings and a bit of history for
each dish, this cookbook takes the mystery out of cooking seafood. With 23
million Americans no longer consuming meat and even more taking the less
radical step of integrating fish and shellfish into their weekly menus, Fish Market is a timely, useful book for
even the most novice cook.
