ENERGY FLOW (55+ Friendly)

Energy Flow is low-impact, easy-to-follow and won’t leave you feeling drained like traditional cardio and weight training. It begins with standing Pilates exercises and adds light weights to gently speed up the toning and reshaping process. Because we work more than one muscle group at once, you get the most out of every minute. We end with abdominal work and a relaxing stretch. You'll leave feeling refreshed and revitalized; your energy will flow! 

Wear gym shoes, bring a mat and a water bottle. Weights are provided.
