Wind Advisory in Effect, No Major Damage Reported

Advisory expires at 8 p.m. Sunday.

The National Weather Service in Moon Township issued a wind advisory on Sunday. Upper St. Clair police received multiple reports of trees and branches down, but no major damage.

A small tree blocked one lane of traffic on Boyce Road around 6:30 p.m. Sunday. A township employee quickly removed the debris from the roadway. 

The wind advisory expires at 8 p.m. Sunday. According to the National Weather Service, winds could gust as high as 43 mph.
