The restaurant is currently looking to hire servers, cooks, bartenders, custodians and more.

A new Primanti Brothers will open in Pittsburgh mid to late June.

The restaurant is located at 1539 Washington Rd. in the former Coldwell Banker real estate office behind the BP gas station.

"We had been looking along Route 19 for a long time and when this location came up, we jumped on it," said Marc Teklinski, director of operations and resident.

The Mt. Lebanon location will be the family-owned restaurant chain's 10th suburban location in Pittsburgh. It will be a sit-down restaurant with a covered porch for an outdoor dining option.

Primanti's kitchen will open at 11 a.m. for lunch and close at midnight on Sundays through Thursdays and 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

"We identified a need for the expanded kitchen hours in this area," Teklinski said.

The restaurant has a large indoor bar that will have 24 beers on tap.

However, the restaurant will also be a place for kids.

"A good bit of our business is families," Teklinski said.

There will be a kids' menu and the restaurant will possibly host kid birthday parties.

The South Hills Primanti Brothers location is currently hiring servers, cooks, bartenders, custodians and more. Those who are interested should stop by the restaurant Tuesday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
