Kids Can Trick-or-Treat at South Hills Village Tonight

The annual Halloween party begins at 6 p.m.

Kids looking for a spooktacular good time should head over to South Hills Village from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight, Oct. 25., and take part in the annual Halloween festivities.

Costumed children 12 years and under are invited to receive a free trick-or-treat bag at the door (while supplies last) and collect Halloween treats from participating South Hills Village stores. Participating stores will be marked by a festive Halloween sign.

So that the event may be fun and safe for all of our visitors, children and families should adhere to the following guidelines for that evening:

  1. Costumes are permitted to be worn only during the event.
  2. Masks are allowed only on children 12 years old and younger.
  3. Toy weapons are not permitted.

“South Hills Village is the perfect place for families looking for Halloween entertainment in a fun, safe community environment,” said Jennifer Carroll, director of marketing. “Whether kids want to show off their new costume or take home some Halloween goodies, there is something here for every ghost, witch, princess and werewolf.”

Be sure to upload your costumed kid pictures here after the event and you could win $5,000.

Here's your options people, Raja who is a reformer that isn't a career politician and who brings a fresh perspective, OR Matt Smith who is a Harrisburg politician that lied about taking a pension, voted for raising taxes on small businesses, and has voted for over 5 billion in new spending INCLUDING the Arlen Spectar Library AND funding for Jerry Sandusky's 2nd mile. YES THIS IS A VERIFIABLE FACT, MATT SMITH VOTED TO FUND JERRY SANDUSKY'S CHARITY AFTER THE ALLEGATIONS HAD BEEN MADE- Matt is too busy running for House, Senate, and being a full time attorney to read the legislation he's voting for OR he's so far in the back pockets of Education Unions that it's blinding. Please check for yourself and your own two eyes (Act 130 12/19/2011) (Capitol Budgets 2009-2011) .
